My warm felicitations to the constituents of the Province of Cotabato on the occasion of its 96th Foundation Anniversary on September 01, 2010.

The theme, “Serbisyong Totoo” bespeaks of the aspiration of the new leadership of the province. It reflects the commitment, not only of its leader but everyone involved in bringing about needed change to achieve excellence in the delivery of public service and improved administration processes. It is indeed encouraging and inspiring to witness the wheel of progress turning, with the end in view of a better Cotabato, and a higher quality life for its people.

This is just the beginning. What is more challenging is how to sustain the good things which have begun. Let your burning commitment reign your continuing journey to excellence to ensure the future we dream of and wish for our children.
