Honorable Airene Claire Apolinario Pagal is a reflection of youthful personality with strong passion to learn the art and science of government to be an effective public servant. She had her baptism of fire in politics when elected as No. 1 Sangguniang Kabataan Councilor of Barangay Poblacion of Kidapawan City at the age of 15.

Aying, as fondly called, is a professional Nurse and a graduate of San Pedro College, Davao City in 2007. She is a graduate of Kidapawan City National High School and had her elementary education at the Notre Dame of Kidapawan College - Elementary Training Department.

Board Member Aying assumed as Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member at the age of 24 and presently the Chairperson of the Committee on Gender Equality, Family Relations and Social Welfare.

Prior to holding public office, she was a Staff Nurse for two years at the Madonna General Hospital, Incorporated in Kidapawan City.

Board Member Aying is the eldest and only daughter of former Board Member Reynaldo Pagal and Ms. Aida Apolinario.
