The Kumbira sa Kapitolyo which is a brainchild of Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza, started last year as one of the newest events featured in the celebration of the province’s foundation anniversary.

It showcases various caterers from the province and has become a “hit” among the crowd with its affordable packed lunch.

The Governor led the simple turn-over ceremony held October 7 at the capitol annex, Amas, Kidapawan City where the building was also inaugurated along with the employees’ new cafeteria. //ozg/idcd-pgo//
