The Kennedy Round 2 Productivity Enhancement Program is designed to improve the environmental condition of Ligawasan Marsh thru rehabilitation and conservation. To ensure the sustainability of biodiversity and the culture heritage of the people in the marsh, it has to reduce poverty of the people there. The communities should be empowered to help themselves to effectively implement the proposed conservation program.

Children First program is a multi-dimensional program which places the Cotabato children’s needs and best interests at its core. It is the manifestation of the Provincial Government’s commitment to the youth who are the most vulnerable sector of the society.
